Halm’s Cream-Style Horseradish

Our cream-style horseradish sauce is handcrafted with fresh grated organic horseradish, organic dairy, organic eggs, and organic sugar. It’s refrigerated immediately to preserve its delightful flavor and refreshing pungency. We don’t heat sterilize it and we don’t load it up with preservatives, because we don’t want it to sit on a shelf for years. It’s Simple. Fresh. Delicious.

We take pride in sourcing our ingredients from environmentally conscientious farmers, and we pay premium prices so they can profit from the hard work they do. We even grow some of the horseradish ourselves on our home farm in Winthrop, Washington.


How To Use Halm’s

Slather it on a sandwich. Spread it on hard-boiled eggs. Eat it with your favorite sausage. Savor it with any beef dish (amazing with standing rib roast, loin roast, or filet mignon). Mix a little into mashed potatoes. Try it on almost anything!

Horseradish is also an amazing source of glucosinolates. You know that potent horseradish burn that you love? It’s caused by sinigrin and gluconasturtiin, two glucosinolates that have profound anti-cancer properties in the human body. All of the Brassica family vegetables contain these and other antioxidant compounds, but horseradish has up to 10 times higher levels of them than broccoli.
