Making horseradish sauce has been a tradition in the Halm household for decades. Halm’s co-founder and owner Brad Halm learned the recipe from his mother, Suzanne Halm. It was originally brought to the United States from Poland by Brad’s great-grandmother Marie Brzyski and grandmother Casmiera (Kay) Brzyski.
